Clare Anna Whitehead
At 3 months old I weighed 5635 grams (12lb 6oz) and I was 58 cm long,
At 4 months old I weighed 6135 grams (13lb 8oz) and I was 60 cm long,
and at 5 months old I weighed 6795 grams (14lb 15oz) and I was 64 cm long.
Clare is still a very happy baby. She is sleeping right through the night now :-)
She still loves to lie under her playgym and she reaches up and plays with the toys hanging above her. She can pick up small toys and holds them with both hands. She loves her bath and she first rolled over (back to tummy) at 5 months old. She loves to lie on her tummy but gets frustrated as she hasn't learned how to roll back yet! She is getting a lot stronger in her back, but she can't sit up by herself just yet.
Clare had her 2nd immunisation injections on the 30th of October 2001. She cried again, but was fine afterwards. Her hair is still dark, though it does look a little lighter than it was at first. She has a bit of cradle cap, but we are slowly getting rid of that.
Clare loves Laura and laughs at almost everything Laura says or does. Laura also loves Clare and loves to nurse her, tickle her, talk and sing to her.
She doesn't seem to be quite ready for solids yet, but she likes to suck on a biscuit. |
